First Draft
The first draft is the simplest service available. For those that need a quick turnaround, the first draft will cover the basics. The audio is listened to only once, and everything heard in that first round is typed.

The quality of a first draft is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.
[Wind blows across mic. Reporters scream. A dog barks and snarls, its claws tapping closer. Chain link fence clatters as the crew clambers over. Barking fades.]
Clean Copy
In a clean copy, everything is edited to look as neat and professional as possible. There are no speech errors, false starts, or filler words ("uh-huh", "um", "like", "you know"). Background noises are not recorded unless directly relevant to the subject matter.
Sarah: Well that was
a nice, brisk jaunt. Feel like trying again? [chuckles]
Full Verbatim
A full verbatim transcript follows the audio word for word. False starts, filler words, and background noises are typed exactly as they sound.
Johnny: Y-you--
[coughs] you're crazy if- [pants] if you think we're going back- back in there [coughs].
